JOB SUMMARY:

Under the supervision of the Talent Acquisition Manager, the incumbent works closely with managers, leadership teams, employees, candidates, and other members of the Human Resources team. They respond to a variety of needs related to recruitment, staffing, onboarding of new employees, workforce planning, and compensation activities. They also participate in the implementation of various projects and assignments.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor of Business Administration (Human Resources Management option or a related field);
Professional title in human resources (CPHR) considered an asset;
Minimum of two years' broad recent experience in human resources management in a unionized workplace;
Any other combination of training and experience deemed relevant and equivalent could be considered;
Proficiency of the Microsoft 365 suite and knowledge of other software applications used within the Network;
Strong organizational skills; ability to manage priorities and work within established deadlines;
Excellent judgment, with strong listening, analytical, synthesis,



and problem-solving skills;
Solid customer-service orientation, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work independently and as a team member;
Physical ability to perform assigned duties;
Good previous work history (performance and attendance);
Adherence to qualified ethics principles, to the Network management philosophy and organizational values;
Compliance with the rules of confidentiality established by the Vitalite Health Network.
