Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and negotiate commercial agreements and amendments
• Perform detailed legal research on applicable laws
• Update and create contract templates and resources
• Offer practical legal advice for business operations
• Work with cross-functional teams for effective contract management
Requirements:
• J.D. or LLB degree and law society membership
• 2–4 years of in-house legal experience
• Strong organizational aptitude and detail orientation
• Explicit communicator with business stakeholders
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to current legal challenges
