This position is ideal for candidates with at least three years of experience in Business Analysis, particularly within digital and insurance domains. You will engage with technical teams to conduct comprehensive analysis and support cross-department initiatives.

Candidates should excel in creating requirements documents and facilitating Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business needs and translate them into detailed specifications
Collaborate with architects and developers to review solution options
Develop customer journey and process maps for clarity




Support sprint planning and backlog refinement sessions
Prepare summaries and updates for cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field like Business or Engineering
3+ years of relevant Business Analysis experience
Preferred: CBAP, Agile certifications or equivalents
Familiarity with insurance processes and technology
Technical exposure to APIs, Jira, and Azure Dev Ops preferred
