As our Space Host (m/f/x) , you are the heart and soul of the Climate Lab, ensuring that our members and guests feel completely at ease. You are the crucial first impression – a friendly face that welcomes visitors and resolves their concerns.

Your Mission:

- Host with Heart: You create an inspiring and welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels welcome and at home. This includes greeting, assisting, and guiding members and guests.
- Event Magician: You organize and manage internal and external events and meetings, from preparation to smooth execution.
- Organization Pro: You maintain oversight of all operations, from space management to coordination with external partners, such as catering services and suppliers.
- Reception Expert: You manage reception duties, answer calls and emails, process mail, and ensure the opening and closing of the premises.
- Office Manager: You manage office supplies, office equipment, and incoming and outgoing mail.
- Tech Enthusiast: You ensure our technical infrastructure runs smoothly and provide support as needed, in coordination with the on-site Facility Management.

Your Profile:

- You are a communication talent with strong organizational skills.
- Hospitality and service orientation are your strengths.
- Ideally, you have experience in hospitality, tourism, or facility management.
- You work independently and are also a team player.
- You have a passion for climate, innovation, and collaboration.
- You have affinity or experience with technical infrastructure.
- You are proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
- You are goal- and impact-oriented and have strong problem-solving skills.
- You have excellent German and English skills.
- You possess a valid work permit for the European Union.
