• Compliance Manager within our Quality department, you will be responsible for: Managing all aspects of Social Compliance with the suppliers and factories which manufacture our products. Ensure products, packaging, and supply chain fully comply with all applicable local and international regulations, standards, and industry best practices. Proactively manages regulatory risks, and drives sustainable compliance across product development, packaging materials, logistics, and supplier management. • Packaging Regulatory Compliance Ensure full compliance of products and packaging for key markets: Monitor, analyse, and communicate evolving regulatory and standards updates to internal teams and suppliers. Provide regulatory guidance to product development teams for new projects and initiatives. Translate complex legal/legislative requirements into actionable business guidance. Develop and maintain compliance roadmaps for the full product portfolio with clear timelines and ownership. Create, update, and manage internal compliance policies, templates, and documentation. Deliver compliance training and tools to embed compliance early in product development. Product &

• Packaging Sustainability Compliance Support Support sustainability-related compliance initiatives to reduce environmental impact such as materials optimization, carbon footprint, recyclability, circularity.



Ensure product and packaging decisions comply with applicable environmental regulations, customer requirements, and certification standards Supplier &

• Factory Compliance Own the Company Code of Conduct (CoC): secure sign-offs from all suppliers/factories and update content periodically. Advise senior management on social compliance risks and provide resolution recommendations. Interpret and communicate brand-partner and customer social compliance requirements. Track and report factory social compliance status; flag non-approved and high-risk facilities. Coordinate cross-departmental communication for high-risk suppliers and develop short-and long-term remediation plans. Monitor factory performance and drive timely closure of audit findings and corrective actions. Support brand and licensor social compliance audits and certifications. Compliance and Sustainability Reporting &

• Assurance Ensure compliance with global regulations and frameworks including CSRD, TCFD, GHG Protocol, EUDR. Prepare internal and external sustainability reports and public disclosures. Maintain accurate compliance records, audit reports, and certification documentation. Use AI-enabled and digital tools to structure regulatory updates,



track compliance actions, and improve visibility of open risks and required changes. 5-8 years of relevant compliance experience, ideally within manufacturing, trading, sourcing, or retail environments. Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience). Strong knowledge of hardgoods and homeware categories, including cookware, dinnerware, kitchenware, textiles, luggage, toys, and electrical products. Solid understanding of EU and Asian product safety, environmental, and social compliance requirements, with the ability to interpret and apply evolving regulations. In-depth knowledge of sustainability standards and certifications, including GRS, RCS, GOTS, FSC, and ISCC, as well as EU regulatory frameworks such as CSRD and EUDR. Proven experience working closely with suppliers and manufacturing partners to drive compliance, sustainability, and continuous improvement initiatives. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin. Willingness to travel across APAC and Europe as business needs require. Market-competitive salary and annual bonus.
