Exciting opportunity for a temporary part-time Registered Nurse at St. Paul's Hospital in Vancouver. Provide critical nursing care in the medical short stay unit while working in office.

In this role with Providence Health Care, you will assess and meet the diverse needs of patients through targeted nursing interventions. Your two years of medical/surgical experience and valid RN registration will be instrumental in ensuring high-quality patient outcomes and fostering a safe, inclusive atmosphere at the hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess and identify patient care needs efficiently
- Monitor and adjust care plans based on evaluations
- Provide crisis management and direct interventions
- Maintain thorough documentation of patient care
- Teach and empower patients and families in their health journey

Requirements:

- Current practicing RN registration with BC College
- 2+ years' experience in medical/surgical care
- Strong skills in IV Therapy and CPR
- Effective decision-making and analytical abilities
- Capacity to handle physical demands of nursing
