This includes creating comprehensive master schedules and ensuring adherence to project delivery methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Schedulers and project schedule timelines
- Create preliminary master schedules during project pursuits
- Evaluate and report on construction progress consistently
- Create an extensive database of productivity rates
- Project job costs according to baseline and actual performance
Requirements:
- 10+ years of relevant construction experience
- Familiarity with P3 and CCDC contracts
- Capability to understand diverse construction definitions
- Proven presentation and analytical skills
- Clearance eligibility for CISD (PWSGC) is desirable
