Java + Spark Developer (Senior) – 1-Year Term
Location: GTA preferred; Mississauga is the head office. Hybrid — predominantly remote, with occasional attendance at the office (approximately once per month as required). Fully remote is an option for candidates located outside the GTA.
Employment Type: 1-Year Fixed-Term (Full-Time Salary + Benefits + Paid Vacation)
Overview:
Senior Java developers with strong Apache Spark experience building scalable, data-intensive applications and distributed processing solutions in large enterprise environments.
Key Requirements:
- Solid Java development experience
- Strong recent hands-on Apache Spark experience
- Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed systems
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience working with large datasets and data pipelines
- REST APIs and backend development
- Cloud familiarity
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
