You’ll work in partnership with the Business Center Practice Leader to align on business strategies and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee operations and continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze monthly financial statements and implement actions




- Drive annual budgeting and resource allocation processes
- Identify and address underperformance in operations
- Collaborate across departments to optimize utilization rates

Requirements:

- 10 years of leadership experience with a Bachelor's degree
- Expertise in financial and operational management
