Lead Hand Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in exterior renovations Experience with siding, soffit, fascia, eavestrough, windows and doors Valid G Class driver's licence with reliable transportation Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to read plans and work with minimal supervision Comfortable working at heights Solid attention to detail Ability to train and mentor crew members Preferred (for both positions): Working at Heights certification (asset) Experience operating ladders and scaffolding Ability to work Monday–Friday with occasional overtime when required To Apply: Please email your resume to: [email protected] Only applicants selected for an interview will be contacted.
