We are looking for dependable, hard-working Roofers to join our growing crew. Whether you are an experienced installer or have solid hands-on construction experience, we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do: Install, repair, and replace various roofing systems (asphalt shingles, flat roofs, metal, etc.). Tear off old roofing materials and inspect/prepare roof decking. Install underlayment, flashing, vents, and waterproof barriers. Safely set up and work on ladders, scaffolding, and safety fall-protection gear. Maintain a clean, organized job site and safely dispose of debris. Work collaboratively with the team to complete jobs safely and on schedule. What We’re Looking For:



Proven roofing or general construction/framing experience preferred. Ability to work comfortably at heights and in various weather conditions. Physical strength and stamina (ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work on sloped surfaces). Strong commitment to workplace safety and using fall-protection equipment. Punctual, reliable, and strong team-player mindset. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites (preferred).
