Casual Janitor

The Eskasoni Health Centre is looking for a janitor to assist our current team with daily janitorial and maintenance duties.

Job Requirements

- Work under direct supervision of the Janitor Supervisor

- Able to use floor scrubbers, burnishers, vacuum cleaners.

- Clean and polish & disinfect all areas

- Clean walls, vents, ceiling fixtures, glass, desktops, ledges, toilets, waste cans and disinfect.

- Refill all towel, tissue, soap, and chemical dispensers along with garbage bags.

- Must keep Janitors room neat and tidy.

- Daily clean of dust mops, wet mops, carts, and buckets.

- Janitor cleaning course an asset

- Clean all surfaces in line with Covid-19 health protocols





- Must have previous experience

- Must be willing to work evening and weekends.

- Must be willing to do other related maintenance duties.

- Transparent criminal and vulnerable sector check

Term: Casual: as needed and required.
