Under the guidance of the Director of Care, the Resident Care Manager is instrumental in delivering quality care in our long-term facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years' supervisory experience in geriatrics or rehabilitation and be a registered nurse.

This management role emphasizes an interdisciplinary approach to delivering exceptional resident care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure continuous improvement in resident satisfaction and care quality
- Collaborate with nursing staff on care assessments and plans
- Recruit, supervise, and discipline nursing team members




- Manage complaints and care issues with residents and families
- Provide staff development and educational resources for caregiving

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role in healthcare
- Current RN license or eligibility for registration in Manitoba
- Familiarity with MDS and care management systems
