As the Supplier Table Engineer, you will report to the Plant Quality department and work closely with various teams including Manufacturing and Supplier Operations. Your expertise in problem-solving will support continuous improvement initiatives, helping to address quality issues on the manufacturing floor.
You will oversee Supplier Table Inspectors, facilitating their development and ensuring compliance with quality standards in all processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage response to supplier material issues
- Coach Supplier Table Inspectors in best practices
- Maintain all Supplier Table process documentation
- Oversee validation for nonconformance issues
- Lead inspections based on failure analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Strong communication and coaching abilities
- Experienced in rapid-paced problem-solving environments
- Self-motivated with a hands-on approach
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
