Minth, a global automotive leader, is seeking a Launch Project Manager with a robust background in mass production and project management. The ideal candidate will have a solid command of performance metrics and be adept at managing customer relationships with major OEMs like Honda, Ford, and GM.

You’ll lead teams, manage costs, and resolve production issues effectively while ensuring compliance with engineering changes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate mass production efforts and client relations
- Monitor performance metrics and report KPIs




- Lead problem-solving sessions across cross-functional teams
- Oversee engineering change notifications and implementations
- Collaborate on cost reduction initiatives with finance

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- 5+ years in project management in automotive mass production
- Experience with North American OEMs
- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA processes
- Preferred background in aluminum extrusion or related components
