Fraser Health seeks a Manager to guide Indigenous Health services, focusing on strategic leadership and collaboration with Indigenous communities. Your expertise in this area will be critical for enhancing health outcomes.

As a central leader, you'll coordinate initiatives, mentor staff, and represent Fraser Health in community and health authority engagements. This role emphasizes the importance of optimizing health services and involves handling budgetary plans and quality assurance for patient care.

You’ll drive systemic change within the organization to support Indigenous health needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Represent Fraser Health's services in community meetings
- Initiate and oversee health projects and improvements




- Recruit and manage performance of Indigenous Health staff
- Monitor resource use and care quality metrics
- Collaborate to elevate patient experiences in Indigenous care

Requirements:

- Bachelor's in health care management or equivalent
- At least seven years in Indigenous Health
- Extensive knowledge of Indigenous health issues
- Valid BC Driver's License and vehicle
- Exceptional leadership and community building skills
