PLATO is looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master to manage a full-time, in office role. You will oversee the execution of Agile methodologies, support cross-functional teams, and ensure the alignment of stakeholders’ needs. This position focuses on overcoming project impediments and enhancing data management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure team collaboration
- Remove impediments linked to policies and legacy systems
- Oversee backlog refinement for timely feature delivery
- Manage dependencies within teams and external stakeholders
- Support governance and reporting requirements
Requirements:
- 10+ years in Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead roles
- Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile practices
- Proven experience in migration planning and integrity controls
- Ability to track delivery using Agile metrics effectively
- Scrum Master certification and public sector experience preferred
