Key Responsibilities:

- Work with P&C; team to drive talent growth initiatives
- Coach Business Unit Managers in effective HR practices
- Promote a coaching and collaborative culture throughout
- Oversee the execution of inclusiveness strategies
- Foster effective communication company-wide

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years in a Human Resources role preferred
- Proven experience in a high-pressure environment
- Knowledge of employment legislation and policies
- Solid rapport-building skills across diverse backgrounds
- Relevant post-secondary education and CPHR certification is a plus
