- 3–6 years of experience with hands on coding
- Hands-on experience with Databricks and PySpark

- Advanced Excel skills, including data cleanup, reconciliation, formulas, and VBA
- Strong data wrangling and data preparation experience
- Data ingestion, transformation, and cleanup
- Handling messy or inconsistent datasets
- Validation, reconciliation, and data quality checks
- Working with templates, structured uploads, and standardized formats
- Hands-on execution rather than design or oversight
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ticket-based environment
- Able to work with ambiguous or incomplete data
- Capable of working independently with minimal direction
