An Associate Physician is a Clinical Assistant licensed physician employed by IWK Health who provides clinical care at the IWK under direct supervision of a fully licensed physician.
This position is assigned to the Women's and Newborn Health Program and provides medical care under direct supervision of the Associate Physician Program Director for the Program and in accordance with the standards and policies of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia, Associate Physician Program.
