Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with supervisors to resolve employee-related issues
- Serve as a front-line HR contact for hourly employees




- Develop HR solutions for operational needs
- Manage full-cycle HR processes from onboarding to offboarding
- Support workplace investigations for sensitive issues

Requirements:

- University degree in Human Resources Management preferred
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR
- 2 years as an HR Generalist in an industrial workplace
- Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
