We are looking for a Home Office-basedManager of HR Business Partner, Supply Chain to play a strategic leadership role in shaping the future workforce across a dynamic Supply Chain network. In this role, you will partner with senior leaders to drive talent strategy, labour relations strategy,



workforce planning, leadership development and employee engagement initiatives that directly influence business performance. You will lead a team of HR professionals, provide expert guidance in a unionized workplace, and champion innovative people strategies that support organizational growth, operational excellence, and positive associate experiences.
