We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented 2nd or 3rd Year Electrical Apprentice to join our agile team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your electrical skills in the construction industry. You will work closely with experienced electricians, gaining hands-on experience in various electrical systems, including residential smart homes, low voltage data systems, security and commercial applications.

Duties
- Assist licensed electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems on construction sites
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete electrical tasks
- Work with low voltage systems, including alarms, data cabling, and communication wiring
- Conduct inspections of electrical components to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications
- Support the setup of construction sites by organizing materials and preparing work areas
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment at all times
Skills
- Previous experience or familiarity with industrial electrician work is highly desirable
- Robust electrical knowledge including wiring, circuitry, and troubleshooting techniques
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and blueprint reading
- Ability to interpret schematics and technical diagrams accurately
- Experience working with low voltage systems such as security alarms or communication networks is a plus
- Construction experience demonstrating teamwork and adaptability in dynamic environments
- Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills
