Arthur Electric Inc. Is Hiring a 309A Apprentice!

We are currently seeking a full-time Apprentice Electrician (309A) to join our Service Team. The ideal candidate is a reliable, organized, skilled professional with strong troubleshooting abilities and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.

:

- Assist in diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems, wiring, and associated equipment in commercial and industrial settings.
- Complete installation of electrical components and systems according to diagrams, blueprints, and customer specifications.
- Accurately document service performed, time and materials used.
- Follow all safety protocols and electrical code requirements at all times.
- Assist in preventive maintenance programs and inspections to ensure system reliability.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Proven experience as an industrial apprentice, with a strong understanding of electrical systems, industrial environments, and service operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose issues efficiently and implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with Industrial Controls and VFDs, with the ability to troubleshoot and support equipment in the field.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a productive work site, uphold safety standards, and ensure work areas remain organized and compliant.
- Effective workflow management skills to meet or exceed client expectations and deliver high-quality service.
- Good computer skills,



including the ability to use service software, digital documentation tools, and basic applications such as email, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites as required.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

- Field-based role in heavy industrial environments.
- Extended hours may be required during peak demand.
- Shifts generally fall between the hours of 5:30am – 6:00pm.
