We are looking to add a 4-on/4-off Day Dispatcher to our team in Brandon, MB working a schedule 4 days on, 4 days off, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM. This rotation will include weekends and statutory holidays .

THE ROLE

The successful candidate will build dispatch, communicate, coordinate, and troubleshoot delivery issues. A significant part of the role is building relationships with your driver team, understanding and assisting them in their daily needs to ensure success on the road.

JOB RESPONSIBITLIES

- Develop relationships with your team of drivers
- Ensure drivers are set up for success and have the tools they need for their work
- Communicate workload/schedules to drivers, including customer requirements




- Administrative tasks related to driver pay, Logistics software, permits, etc.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Proven team building and/or leadership skills
