Creative Listing Media Specialist

At Spotlight Media, we create photo and video content that helps real estate agents market their listings and stand out. We’re a creative team that loves people, loves process, and loves helping others shine. Right now, we’re looking for a Creative Listing Media Specialist to serve Abbotsford, Langley, Mission and Surrey areas.

Best part - you don’t need photography or videography experience to apply, we’ll teach you everything! Although, experience is a bonus!

You just need a great attitude, solid work ethic, love for people, and the confidence to show up ready to serve.

What You’ll Do

- Travel to homes and shoot listing content: photos, video, drone, floor plans and 3D scans
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and our internal team
- Follow shoot-day checklists, prep gear, and manage logistics
- Help agents feel confident on camera by coaching them on what to say and how to look their best
- Upload files and notes to our editing team - you shoot, we edit
- Represent the Spotlight Media brand with kindness, integrity, reliability, and professionalism

Must-Haves

- Live in the Abbotsford/Mission/Langley area
- Valid driver’s license + reliable car
- iPhone 15 + laptop + reliable high speed internet (can be upgraded with company)




- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Available at least 3–4 days per week for shoot availability
- Confident, articulate, and calm under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Extremely detail-oriented, reliable, coachable, and organized
- Willing to receive feedback and improve constantly
- Comfortable driving daily and being on your feet

Pay + Schedule

- $50/ hour
- Travel fee for any listing further than 50kms from homebase.
- 5-20 hours per week with room/ growth for more (client demand varies week to week)
- Training is paid (2–3 weeks depending on experience)
