Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Tutor in North & West Vancouver to provide one-on-one tutoring tailored to students with diverse learning needs. Responsibilities

- Deliver personalized tutoring sessions that address individual learning styles and special needs
- Develop and implement tailored lesson plans aligned with each student’s goals and abilities
- Communicate effectively with students to motivate and encourage active participation
- Collaborate with families and support teams to track progress and adjust strategies as needed




- Maintain detailed records of student progress, session activities, and achievements
- Create a positive, inclusive learning setting that promotes confidence and enthusiasm for learning
- Ensure safety and well-being during all tutoring sessions

Qualifications
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, especially with children or students with special needs
- Strong communication skills to connect effectively with students, families, and support teams
- Experience working with children in classroom or one-on-one settings
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning requirements
- Passion for helping students succeed and fostering a supportive learning environment
