Infosys Public Services is seeking an Accessibility Tester. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts; deliver high-quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications

- Candidate must be located within commuting distance in Ottawa, ON or be willing to relocate to the area.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

The Accessibility SME provides specialized expertise in the design, delivery, implementation, and validation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions that meet accessibility requirements and standards. This resource serves as a strategic advisor and functional expert, ensuring that Microsoft Dynamics solutions are designed, configured, tested, and maintained in compliance with accessibility legislation, policies, and standards including the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), the OPS Digital Accessibility Standard (ODAS), and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). The role supports the creation of inclusive, accessible, and user-centered digital services for both internal and external users.

Preferred Qualifications

- Provide subject matter expertise on accessibility requirements for Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Advise project teams on designing and implementing accessible user experiences, business processes, workflows, forms, reports, portals, and digital content.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility legislation, standards, and organizational accessibility policies.
- Review solution designs, functional specifications, and configurations to identify and address accessibility concerns.




- Support accessibility testing, validation, remediation, and compliance reporting activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, UX designers, and testers to embed accessibility throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Provide recommendations for accessible content, document generation, communication supports, and assistive technology compatibility.
- Contribute to accessibility compliance plans, governance frameworks, and project documentation.
- Support training, knowledge transfer, and awareness initiatives related to accessibility best practices.
- Assist with accessibility audits, assessments, and continuous improvement activities.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the design, delivery, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics solutions supporting accessibility requirements.
- Demonstrated expertise in accessibility standards, digital inclusion, and accessible technology design.
- Experience serving in an accessibility advisory or dedicated accessibility role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Microsoft digital technologies.

- Assistive technologies and accommodation requirements for persons with disabilities.
- Experience conducting accessibility assessments, reviews, and compliance testing.
- Solid communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Accessibility certifications such as CPACC, WAS, CPWA, IAAP certifications, or equivalent.
- Experience supporting public sector digital accessibility initiatives.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Pages, Power Apps, Dynamics 365 portals, and accessible web application design.
- Experience with screen readers, accessibility testing tools, and automated accessibility validation solutions.
- Familiarity with user-centered design, usability testing, and inclusive design methodologies.
- At least 4 ears of experience supporting accessibility requirements within Microsoft Dynamics implementations.




- Proven experience designing and validating solutions that comply with AODA, ODAS, and WCAG standards.
- Experience providing accessibility guidance during design, development, configuration, testing, deployment, and support phases of enterprise solutions.

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows: In Mississauga, ON: $92,740 to $123,375.
