Job Overview

We are seeking motivated, entrepreneurial Level 2 Licensed Insurance Professionals to join our growing team. This opportunity offers the flexibility to work remotely, in-office, or through a hybrid arrangement from our Burnaby and Langley locations.

As a Producer with C&C; Insurance, you will have the independence to grow and manage your own book of business while benefiting from the resources and support of an established brokerage.

You will have access to major insurance carriers, specialty markets, experienced producers, administrative support, and referral opportunities to help you develop and expand your client base.

This is a fully commission-based position with uncapped earning potential, making it ideal for a self-motivated individual who values independence and wants the ability to scale their income based on their performance and business development efforts.

Qualifications

Required:

- Valid Level 2 General Insurance License

Preferred:

- Previous experience as an Insurance Producer, Account Executive, or similar role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable developing recent business
- Ability to work independently and manage a growing client portfolio
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent

Languages

- English
- Korean language skills are considered an asset

Compensation

Commission-based with uncapped earning potential.
