Scale My Meal Prep is a digital marketing agency in the meal prep niche.

We offer a done for you service to restaurant owners, private chefs, and people who simply love to cook. We have turned their passion for cooking into a revenue generating meal prep machine. What this means is we handle all of the marketing, website functions, and paid media that drives customers to our clients meal prep brand. With us, our clients are able to start a meal prep brand from the ground up, or add meal prep onto their already established business for additional reach and revenue.

We like to say “We do everything but the cooking” because we truly do.

Our account managers are the backbone of our clients' success. We currently have 5 AMs, and each is a rockstar in their own way. This is a demanding, client-facing role: our AMs manage large portfolios and speak with anywhere from 20-60 clients a day, fully owning and optimizing client Meta accounts alongside daily calls. We're looking for people who are personable, sharp under pressure, and genuinely organized, the kind of person clients trust the moment they get on a call.

What You'll Own

- Meta Ads - You'll be setting up, monitoring, and optimizing live ad campaigns for individual client accounts.
- Client communication - You’ll be serving as the daily point of contact for a portfolio of accounts, handling requests, questions, and updates.
- Email/SMS marketing - You’ll be building and executing campaigns in Klaviyo or a similar platform




- Shopify - You’ll be updating products, collections, pages, storefront content, and promotions; troubleshooting issues as they come up.
- Supporting work - Landing page tweaks, marketing copy, coordinating with designers on creative deliverables

Must Haves

- META - Fully hands on experience owning and optimizing on client campaigns
- Client Facing Skills
- Client Success
- Tech Savvy. Experience in development or anything related to Shopify, WordPress, Wix, WooCommerce. Ability to learn Shopify confidently within 1-2 weeks is ideal if you lack Shopify experience.
- Experience in a client facing role

What Success Looks Like in 90 Days

- Comfortability managing your assigned client portfolio with minimal oversight
- Making Shopify updates independently and correctly
- Actively monitoring and adjusting live Meta Ads campaigns
- Clients feel heard, and requests get resolved quickly- Leading client on-boarding calls

Location

Unit 200 - 1290 Central Parkway West, Mississauga

In-office, Monday–Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (this is not a remote or hybrid role)

Compensation

$58,000 - $80,000 salary

Our account managers are eligible for monthly - quarterly bonuses tied to client retention, campaign performance, and positive client feedback.

This is heavily weighted on experience. Salary is to be discussed with Saad in the final interview round.
