Galaxie Signs has been providing signage solutions since 1963. Based in Burnaby, BC, we work with leading companies across Canada and the United States, providing comprehensive signage services including design, project management, manufacturing, installation, and pre-construction planning.

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a proven background in the sign and print industry to develop new business, manage existing accounts, and oversee projects from initial chance through completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Prospect and develop new business opportunities across Canada.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts and long-term relationships.
- Qualify opportunities and identify projects that are a strong fit for the company.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through proposal, follow-up, and closing.
- Coordinate projects with estimating, design, production, installation, and other internal teams.
- Review estimates, proposals, contracts, and project requirements.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop sales strategies and identify opportunities for repeat business.




- Manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Requirements

- Minimum 2–5 years of proven sales experience in the sign and print industry is mandatory.
- Proven ability to generate new business and close sales.
- Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and account-management skills.
- Excellent organization and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Valid BC Class 5 driver's licence, clean driver's abstract, and access to a reliable vehicle.
