Canadian Industries Limited (CIL) is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and customer-focused Account Manager, Strategic Accounts & Dealer to support and grow key retail accounts, buying groups, and dealer networks across Canada.
Reporting to the Director, Buying Groups & Dealer Business, this role serves as a critical link between customers and internal teams, ensuring programs, promotions, forecasts, and customer initiatives are executed successfully. The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day operations of assigned accounts while identifying opportunities to improve performance, strengthen customer relationships, and drive profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities
Customer & Account Management
- Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned retail accounts, buying groups, and dealers.
- Support customer planning, business reviews, and growth initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with customer purchasing and merchandising teams.
- Resolve customer issues and identify new business opportunities.
Sales & Business Performance
- Analyze sales, promotional activity, forecasts, and account performance.
- Monitor sales and margin objectives and identify risks and opportunities.
- Manage forecasts and inventory planning with Supply Chain partners.
- Support pricing, promotional programs, and customer submissions.
Programs & Execution
- Coordinate promotions, flyers, product launches, and customer events.
- Partner with Marketing and Product teams to deliver customer-specific programs.
- Work with field sales teams to ensure successful execution at store and dealer level.
- Track progress and ensure commitments are completed on time.
What You'll Bring Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline preferred.
- 4-6 years of progressive experience in Account Management, Sales, Sales Operations, Category Management, or a related commercial function.
- Experience supporting retail, dealer, distributor, or multi-location customers is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, promotional, and financial data and translate insights into action.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CRM, business intelligence, or reporting tools considered an asset.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is strongly preferred.
- Ability and willingness to travel for customer meetings, trade shows, store visits, and internal meetings as required.

Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive program.

Final compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity considerations. Additional Requirements The successful candidate must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
