Introduction

Your role

- Open commercial files and assist clients with a variety of transactions
- Perform checks and analyses to ensure the accuracy of transactions
- Establish and maintain effective communication with the various partners involved in files (account managers, treasury managers, legal advisors, etc.)
- Devise solutions that are tailored to client needs
- Develop lasting business relationships with clients by providing exceptional service
- Work with the team to continuously improve administrative processes and tools

Your team

Location

Position available in: Laval, Lanaudière, Laurentides, Northern and Western Quebec, Eastern Ontario.





Prerequisites

- Three‑year college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field and three years of relevant experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel
- Knowledge of banking services and products for businesses
- Good sense of initiative and good level of autonomy
