RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead day-to-day client relationships, building strong partnerships and identifying growth opportunities.
- Define project objectives and lead internal teams, partners and vendors to deliver against them.
- Develop creative briefs, project plans and other internal documentation to support successful project execution.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, proactively communicating changes, risks and dependencies to clients and internal teams.
- Work closely with Strategy, Creative, Production and Account teams to deliver programs on brief, on time and on budget.
- Lead sponsorship, experiential, activation and integrated marketing programs from planning through execution.
- Accountable for project execution and quality control from briefing through completion.
- Review briefs, feedback and deliverables to ensure clear and aligned direction.
- Comfortable leading presentations with senior client stakeholders and agency partners.
- Development of project estimates; manage budgets and financial tracking through completion.
- Manage, mentor and develop two direct reports through ongoing coaching and support.
- Support resource planning and identify workload, capacity and staffing challenges.
- Review weekly efficiency reports and attend monthly profitability meetings with Finance.
- Travel as required in support of client meetings, activations, events and Agency initiatives.
- Evenings and weekends may be required for relationship building, staff oversight, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Must have a university degree with a minimum of 4-6 years of agency experience. Experience leading experiential marketing, sponsorship,



event and activation programs within an agency environment is quired.
- Experience managing integrated programs and campaigns from planning through execution, including coordination of clients, vendors, partners and cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing and developing junior team members, with the ability to effectively manage up, down and across teams and stakeholders.
- Solid project management, organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage a high workload volume and multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong client service, communication (oral and written) and presentation skills, with the ability to build trusted client relationships and confidently lead discussions with senior stakeholders.
- Experience developing project estimates, managing budgets and supporting overall account profitability.
- Proficient in all MS Office programs, including PowerPoint, with strong presentation development skills. Proficiency in Keynote, Canva and AI-powered tools is required.

$75,000–$85,000 annually depending on experience.
