About the PositionMexicom Logistics is looking for an Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Montreal.

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable professional with experience in both accounts payable and accounts receivable, as well as strong accounting and financial software skills.

Candidate Profile

- University education, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable.
- Fluent in English and Spanish — mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process and verify invoices, payments,



and financial transactions.
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on pending payments.
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Support the preparation and review of financial information.
- Ensure accounting records are accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate with the administrative, accounting, and operations teams.

Requirements
- Canadian resident or holder of a valid open work permit.
- Availability to work on-site in Montreal.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
