Acoffee is looking for friendly, reliable, and hardworking team members to join our café team. We’re hiring for both full-time and part-time positions. We’re looking for people who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, are eager to learn, and take pride in providing great customer service.

Responsibilities

- Prepare coffee, matcha, and other beverages according to Acoffee standards
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Take orders and process payments accurately
- Keep the café, workstations, and equipment clean and organized
- Multitask and prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Work quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Follow food safety, cleanliness, and workplace procedures
- Work collaboratively with other team members

Qualifications

- Fluent English communication skills are required




- Previous barista or drink-making experience is an asset
- Minimal experience is okay — full training will be provided
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to move quickly while remaining efficient and attentive to detail
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Comfortable working during busy rush periods
- Customer-service oriented and friendly
- Willingness to learn and take direction

You should be comfortable staying on your feet, handling multiple orders at once, and maintaining a positive attitude during busy rushes. Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
