Architecture & Design Sales Representative - A relationship-driven sales role where you’ll represent beautiful stone, build connections with Vancouver’s top design professionals, and turn great relationships into specifications and sales.

If you’re a confident salesperson who enjoys meeting new people, building genuine relationships, and being rewarded for the business you create, this could be a very exciting role. You’ll spend your time visiting Vancouver’s top designers, architects, builders, and fabricators, presenting beautiful stone products and helping get them specified into real projects.

You won’t be selling an invisible service or a generic commodity. You’ll be presenting hand-selected natural stone from around the world, including some of the most beautiful Italian marble available, alongside SLABB Designs—our own new generation of engineered stone created to deliver the authentic look of marble with greater practicality and durability.

This is a sales position—not simply a networking or product-presentation role. We’re looking for someone who knows how to open doors, develop relationships, identify real projects, follow up consistently, and turn specifications into sales.

Your week will include:

- Visiting designers and architects at their offices
- Hosting product presentations and sample meetings
- Introducing new natural stone and SLABB Designs products
- Building your own list of relationships and opportunities
- Following up on active specifications and upcoming projects
- Keeping opportunities, project details,



and follow-ups organized in the CRM
- Helping clients in the slab gallery walk through and select slabs

Success in this role will be measured by the relationships you develop, meetings and presentations you organize, qualified projects you bring forward, products specified, and ultimately the sales created from your territory. You may be a great fit if you:

- Are naturally outgoing and comfortable walking into new offices
- Have a proven ability to generate and close business
- Are patient and persistent, understanding that design projects can take months to develop and close
- Build strong relationships and stay engaged throughout the project lifecycle, from initial introduction through to specification and sale
- Are comfortable having your success measured through activity, project specifications, and sales
- Want more freedom than a large corporate sales workplace

What you bring

- 3-5+ years of experience as an A&D; representative or related outside sales
- Strong understanding of architectural and interior design concepts and trends
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Sales experience in the stone industry (asset)




- Valid British Columbia driver's license and a reliable vehicle

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission (Uncapped)

Vacation: 2 weeks + 1 week at Christmas break

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$170,000.00 per year
