Responsibilities

- Deal paperwork preparation — Prepare, review, and organize all documents for vehicle sales and financing
- Administrative support — Filing, scanning, data entry, and maintaining accurate records
- Customer coordination — Assist customers with paperwork, signatures, and document questions
- Payment tracking — Support funding follow‑ups and ensure payments are properly recorded
- Team support — Work closely with sales and finance to keep deals moving efficiently
