Administrative & Operations Coordinator
Location: Markham, Ontario

Camptech II Circuits Inc. is a Canadian electronics manufacturing company providing PCB fabrication, PCBA assembly, prototyping, production, and related electronics manufacturing services.
As a smaller, hands-on organization, our team members often work across different areas of the business. We are looking for a dependable, capable, and well-rounded individual who is comfortable taking initiative, learning different functions, and stepping in wherever support is needed.
Position Overview
We are seeking an Administrative & Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of the company.
This is a varied role suited to someone who is highly organized, adaptable, professional, and comfortable working with different departments. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to management, assist our bookkeeping function during busy periods, provide backup support for shipping, and help coordinate communication and tasks between management and the rest of the Camptech team.
Because we are a small company, this position will not be limited to one narrow set of responsibilities. We are looking for someone who is willing and able to learn different aspects of the business and help fill gaps as they arise.
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to management and other departments
- Assist with bookkeeping and accounting-related administrative tasks during busy periods
- Help organize invoices, purchase records, documentation, spreadsheets, and other business records
- Provide backup coverage for the Shipping department when required
- Prepare shipping paperwork, labels, documentation, and coordinate outgoing shipments
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, freight companies, and other external contacts as required
- Help coordinate information and follow-ups between management, office staff, production, purchasing, shipping, and other departments
- Maintain organized electronic and physical records
- Prepare and update spreadsheets, reports, forms, and internal documents
- Assist with data entry and general office administration
- Follow up on outstanding tasks and help ensure items are completed on time
- Assist with purchasing, order administration, invoicing, or other operational functions when additional support is required
- Help management with special projects and miscellaneous administrative tasks
- Learn different internal processes in order to provide coverage and support across the organization
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed in a small-business environment
Qualifications
- College diploma or university degree required
- Fluent English, both written and verbal, is required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with numbers, invoices, spreadsheets, and business documentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Ability to learn new software and internal systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and move between different types of tasks
- Professional and comfortable communicating with both management and employees
- Able to work independently while also collaborating with different departments
- Reliable, responsible, and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks
- Able to adapt quickly when priorities change
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following areas would be considered an asset:
- Office administration
- Bookkeeping or accounting support
- Shipping and receiving
- Manufacturing administration
- Purchasing or procurement support
- Customer service or supplier communication
- Small-business operations
Direct experience in every area is not required. We are particularly interested in candidates who demonstrate strong judgment, initiative, organization, and the ability to learn quickly. What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys being a generalist rather than working within a very narrow . You should be comfortable moving from an administrative task, to helping with an invoice, to coordinating a shipment, to following up with a department or supplier. You will interact with different areas of the company and should be comfortable becoming someone the team can rely on when additional support is needed.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
