Required for Ecole Racette School
Ecole Racette School requires a part-time (0.5 FTE) Administrative Support Class IV****commencing August 27, 2026.
Ecole Racette School, located in St. Paul, Alberta, is a Grades 6-9 school with approximately 320 students.
Applicants must possess excellent interpersonal skills, solid organizational skills and the ability to work independently. This position requires superior computer skills with an ability to quickly learn a variety of programs and management systems, including Excel, Word, Publisher and the Google Suite of applications.
Experience with SIS (PowerSchool) and PASI will be considered an asset.
Responsibilities include maintenance and updating of school records, extensive financial management, telephone, reception, and other duties as required. This position includes a competitive benefit package.

Geographically and demographically, St. Paul Education covers a large rural/urban area in Northeast Alberta. We serve the communities of St. Paul, Elk Point, Two Hills, Mallaig, Ashmont, Myrnam and Heinsburg. We also serve students from Saddle Lake Cree Nation, Whitefish Lake First Nation #128, Frog Lake First Nation and Kehewin Cree Nation.
In 1995, parent and community stakeholders initiated the amalgamation of five school boards into what is now St. Paul Education. In doing so, St. Paul Education became the only school division in Alberta to operate both separate and public schools under one board. The Division’s religious, linguistic and cultural diversity is a source of strength and pride.
We serve 3,640 students (K-12), including Catholic, First Nation, Mennonite, Hutterite and Home Schooling learners. Our 19 definable school sites are staffed by approximately 235 FTE teaching staff and 300 support staff.
