Cobra Electric Interior Services LP is looking for a highly organized, proactive and people-focused Administrator to join our team in Kelowna!

Cobra Electric Interior Services is part of the Mainroad Group, an employee-owned company delivering infrastructure services across Western Canada. Our Southern Interior electrical operations support the B.C. Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure and help keep communities connected through the maintenance of street lighting, traffic signals, vehicle detection systems and electronic message signs on BC's highways.

What You’ll Do

As the Administrator, you’ll be a key part of the day-to-day operations of Cobra Electric Interior Services. You’ll work closely with our operations, field and management teams to keep information flowing, records organized and the office running smoothly.

Your days may include:

Providing administrative support to management and operational teams

Preparing, organizing and maintaining correspondence, reports, records and documentation

Coordinating meetings, appointments and schedules

Assisting with employee-related administrative processes and documentation

Processing invoices, purchase orders, timesheets and other operational paperwork

Tracking documentation, deadlines and follow-up items

Responding to internal and external inquiries in a qualified and timely manner

Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems

Assisting with projects, reports and special assignments as required

Helping keep the Kelowna office organized, efficient and ready for whatever the day brings

Ideally, you bring:

Preferably 2+ years of administrative experience

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills The ability to prioritize competing deadlines

Confidence working independently while also being a team player

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook

Experience working with databases, document management systems or ERP/HRIS systems is an asset

Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information A positive, solutions-focused attitude
