MNLC is a trusted leader in newcomer settlement and integration, with a 40+ year history of providing holistic, trauma-informed support services. Our organization is grounded in equity, social justice, and client-centered care. Through services like employment bridging, mental health counselling, English language training, community health services, and connections to government and community resources, we empower individuals and families to build new lives in Canada.

MNLC is also a tech-forward charity that values innovation and collaboration to meet community needs.

The ISCP (Inclusive Services Career Pathways) Program supports unemployed and underemployed adults who have experience working with or supporting vulnerable populations and who are seeking to reenter or stabilize their employment in Ontario’s community and social services sector. Participants may be internationally trained newcomers or Canadian residents who have relevant experience but face barriers accessing stable, Ontariobased employment. ISCP equips them with Ontariospecific knowledge in areas such as settlement, housing, addictions, mental health, and financial supports, helping them transition into frontline and administrative roles.

By providing sectorspecific training and direct candidate-employer connections, ISCP strengthens culturally competent service delivery and builds sustainable, communityrooted talent pipelines across the province.
