- Lead and deliver presentations, executive workshops, and high-level training on AI governance for a diverse clientele (large enterprises, boards of directors, executive committees).
- Take ownership of delivering existing programs (e.g., "Responsible AI and AI governance training modules").
- Design, structure, and update training content and educational materials on AI governance to ensure they remain at the forefront of trends and regulations.
- Design and develop AI governance artifacts and tools targeted at executive audiences.
- Collaborate with the Education team to evolve the workshop offerings and ensure strategic alignment with Mila's mission.
- Lead the development and facilitation of the AI governance community of practice.
- Build and orchestrate a dynamic annual calendar (target: 6 to 8 events per year).

Requirements

- Master's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field (Law, Ethics, Technology Management, Public Affairs, Data Science) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years' experience in consulting, project management, adult education (andragogy), or technology governance.
- Strong knowledge of AI governance issues (ethics, bias, regulation, risk management).
- Excellent spoken and written French and English (training is delivered in both languages).




- Solid public speaking skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to executive audiences (boards, senior leadership).
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables autonomously in an agile, fast-growing environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams (researchers, project managers, corporate partners).
- Excellent writing skills for producing policies and strategic reports.
