Join ITPS Canada Ltd. as an Aerospace Life Support Equipment Engineer. This full-time role focuses on maintaining critical flight safety equipment for operations in London and North Bay, Ontario.
As an engineer with ITPS, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and functionality of life support equipment such as parachutes and ejection seats. Ideal candidates will have a meticulous work ethic and problem-solving skills. The role includes conducting inspections, maintaining equipment records, and providing training to personnel on survival equipment usage.
Key Responsibilities: • Participate in air safety meetings and safety council • Conduct periodic inspections on life support systems • Maintain and organize ITPS ALSE inventory • Conduct training on equipment usage and inspections • Assist in equipment fitting and operation
Requirements: • 5+ years egress experience • College program in avionics or electronics • Parachute Rigger course completion • Martin Baker ejection seat maintenance preferred • Robust attention to detail and communication skills
