Job Summary

King’s Crown™ is seeking an experienced, service-driven part-time Aesthetician / Esthetician to join our premium men’s grooming studio at Bayview Village.

This role is ideal for an experienced professional who combines strong technical skills with warm hospitality and takes pride in creating an elevated, personalized client experience.

This position requires strong technical proficiency with advanced aesthetic devices, including laser hair removal systems, hydro-facial equipment, and other professional treatment technologies. Strong hands-on skills in manicures, pedicures, and relaxation massage techniques are also required.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide professional facial, skincare, waxing, nail, and grooming services
- Perform advanced aesthetic treatments using skilled devices, including laser hair removal and hydro-facial technologies
- Perform high-quality manicures and pedicures
- Provide waxing, threading, and other grooming services within your professional scope
- Provide relaxation massage as part of facial, hand, foot, neck, and shoulder treatments where appropriate
- Conduct personalized client consultations and recommend suitable treatments, services, and home-care products
- Educate clients on treatment plans, aftercare, and ongoing skincare
- Maintain the highest standards of sanitation, safety, hygiene, and professional practice
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment
- Support treatment-room turnover, sanitation, laundry, and other studio operations during slower periods
- Participate in product demonstrations, promotions, and client education

What You Bring
- Diploma or recognized certification in Aesthetics / Esthetics
- Minimum 3 years of professional aesthetic/esthetic experience
- Hands-on experience operating skilled aesthetic devices, including laser hair removal and hydro-facial systems
- Strong manicure and pedicure skills
- Strong relaxation massage technique
- Strong knowledge of skincare, facial treatments, sanitation, and client consultation
- Confident, polished, and hospitality-focused approach
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Ability to recommend appropriate services and retail products without compromising the client experience
- Strong organization, time management, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced premium service environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Professional grooming and presentation

Assets
- RMT certification (plus)
- Smart Serve certification (plus)
- Experience working in a luxury spa, medical aesthetics clinic, or premium grooming environment
- Experience providing services to a male clientele

Qualifications

Required:

- Aesthetics / Esthetics Diploma or recognized certification
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience
- Professional aesthetic device experience
- Laser hair removal experience
- Hydro-facial treatment experience
- Manicure and pedicure experience
- Legally authorized to work in Canada

Preferred:

- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Experience in a premium or luxury service environment
