Inclusive County Family Counselling specializes in supporting children, adolescents, young adults, adults, parents and couples offering a variety of services to cultivate hope, nurture possibilities and support growth.

Our growing clinic is looking for Affiliate Therapists on a part-time basis to provide couples / marriage counselling. As an independent contractor, the incumbent will assess needs, set goals, provide therapeutic interventions, and establish strategies for success with clients.

The Job

- Provide counselling services to adults and/or couples
- Maintain clinical recordings and documentation
- Ensure all clinic protocols and standards are adhered to
- Maintain the strictest level of confidentiality with all client and clinic information

What we’re looking for:
- REQUIRED: Graduate/Masters level degree in Social Work or Counselling Psychology
- Must be registered with the OCSWSSW or CRPO and liability insurance
- REQUIRED: A minimum of 3-5 years clinical experience
- Training in a variety of therapeutic approaches (ie. CBT, DBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy, EMDR, etc.)
- REQUIRED: Couples Counselling training
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- You are willing to work on building your own referral network




- Participate in ongoing professional development, training and consultation
