We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated After School Program Leader to inspire and support children in a dynamic educational environment. Responsibilities

- Plan and implement a variety of recreational/ craft activities tailored to children's interests and developmental levels
- Supervise children during after-school hours, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment that promotes respect, cooperation, and teamwork among students
- Reporting children's progress, behavior, and any concerns with the management team




- Maintain organized records of attendance, activities, and incident reports as needed
- Maintain a clean and tidy study space

Qualifications

- Experience working with children in educational or recreational settings is highly preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
- Ability to create engaging activities that promote learning and social development
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and team members
- Reliable, energetic, and committed to fostering a safe environment for all participants
