Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll have :
- Manage access requests related to hires, transfers, departures, and special privileges;
- Enforce role-based access controls to ensure the integrity of access to technology resources;
- Troubleshoot user access issues and issues;
- Update and improve identity and access management procedures;
- Identify the owners of systems and data environments, and then assign access roles according to established standards;
- Ensure data integration with user access management tools;
- Coordinate periodic access reviews and implement adjustments as required;
- Document processes and ensure compliance with identity and access management procedures;
- Provide support for internal and external audits of access controls and regulatory requirements.
The profile you are looking for is as follows:
- Have five (5) to ten (10) years of experience in a mid-level role;
- Possess a minimum of two (2) to four (4) years of relevant professional experience;
- Experience provisioning users;
- Master the concepts of role-based access management (RBAC);
- Know authentication and authorization mechanisms;
- Hold a college diploma in systems technology or an equivalent field;
- Understand identity and access management (IAM) processes;
- Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Adopt a customer-oriented approach;
- Collaborate effectively independently and as part of a team;
- Use good judgment and make informed decisions;
- Communicate effectively with business and technology teams;
- Demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills;
- Working in hybrid mode in Montreal;
- Hold a Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) certification (an asset);
- Have a Certified Identity Management Qualified (CIMP) certification (an asset);
- Demonstrate a strong interest in emerging technologies and their application in operational environments (an asset);
- Keep up with industry trends in identity and access management (an asset);
- This position requires fluency in French and English for daily tasks, understanding documentation, and professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada.
- Language skills in French and English are essential, both oral and written.
