As a Senior Program and Policy Specialist, you will report to the Manager, Program Design & Policy while collaborating closely with the Ministry. You will provide strategic advice and facilitate governance processes to enhance Agricorp's operational framework.

Your role encompasses complex program analysis while establishing strong partnerships with ministry and board stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a liaison to OMAFA leadership
- Facilitate governance forums and executive discussions
- Provide strategic program agreement advice
- Oversee secretariat duties for protection boards
- Spearhead program policy changes with stakeholders Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in public administration or related field
- At least 5 years of government program experience
- Proficient in written and verbal communication
