We are helping a growing and highly innovative financial services organization with a completely new position. This is a highly visible role focused on bringing structure, governance, and measurable business value to AI initiatives across the organization.
The successful candidate will help business and technology teams identify practical opportunities to leverage AI, improve operational efficiency, automate manual processes, and establish a framework for responsible AI adoption. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor, helping stakeholders move toward a disciplined and scalable approach to AI.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong business acumen, technology expertise, and exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence teams, challenge assumptions, and drive organizational buy-in.
What you will do and how you will make an impact …
- Partner with business leaders, operational teams, technology stakeholders, and executive leadership to identify and prioritize AI opportunities across the organization.
- Assess current AI usage patterns, tools, licensing utilization, and adoption trends to identify opportunities for optimization and governance.
- Develop and implement an AI evaluation and prioritization framework to help the organization determine which use cases should move forward.
- Establish practical standards, processes, and best practices for AI adoption, ensuring alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Lead discovery workshops and business assessments to understand existing workflows and uncover opportunities for efficiency gains, automation, and process enhancement.
- Evaluate AI-related business cases, determine feasibility, quantify expected benefits,
and recommend implementation approaches.
- Create and maintain an AI roadmap that aligns organizational priorities with technology capabilities.
- Work closely with risk, compliance, security, and technology teams to support responsible AI governance and policy development.
- Provide guidance on AI tools, platforms, and emerging technologies, helping stakeholders select the most appropriate solutions for specific use cases.
- Support implementation initiatives by translating business requirements into actionable technical and operational plans.
- Define success metrics and measurement frameworks to monitor adoption, value realization, and ongoing effectiveness.

Requirements...
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience leading business, product, technology, digital transformation,
or process improvement initiatives.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience evaluating, implementing, or advising on AI and Generative AI solutions.
- Experience developing business cases, prioritization frameworks, governance models, or technology strategies.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, large language models, automation platforms, and emerging AI capabilities.
- Experience gathering and translating business requirements into actionable implementation plans.

Compensation & Benefits ...
The expected salary range for this position is $140,000 - 175,000, depending on experience, skills, and overall qualifications. In addition to base compensation, employees are eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus program.
